Service User Involvement Strategy
The Service User Involvement Strategy provides the framework and supports service user involvement at all levels within South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust.
It aims to empower service users, not just in their individual care but also in changing services for the better at operational and strategic levels.
This strategy gives us the opportunity and the tools to make collaboration between staff and service users part and parcel of what the Trust does to make a real difference to people’s care and treatment.
