Abandoned Goods, a director's view

The Maudsley Charity sponsors a range of digital projects. In 2013 the Charity funded a film called Abandoned Goods, a short essay film about the extraordinary collection of artworks created by patients detained in Netherne psychiatric hospital between 1946 and 1981. The film is due to be screened at Sundance international film festival this weekend. Co-Director Edward Lawrenson blogs on Preparing for Sundance and making an award winning film.
