Great Mental Health Day is an annual celebration of the power of community kindness and how we can support each other to stay well.

Today, South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust are marking Great Mental Health Day 2023, by proudly supporting the Be Well Challenge - an initiative from the Freeyourmind campaign in partnership with South London Listens.

Gabrielle Richards, Head of Inclusion, Recovery, Professional Head of Occupational Therapy and Allied Health Professionals at South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust received her MBE today from Prince William, the Prince of Wales, at Windsor Castle, after being recognised in the Queen’s Birthday Honours list 2022.

Professor Sir Simon Wessely, Non-Executive Director at South London and Maudsley and Regius Professor of Psychiatry at King’s College London has been appointed as Non-Executive Director to the NHSE board.
