SLaM AdArt

SLaM AdArt – "we are creative individuals and artists, just like you, who happen to have suffered issues of addictions at some point in our lives."

SLaM AdArt meet weekly in art groups across Lambeth and Southwark within the addictions service. Participant led, artwork is made in all different mediums. Collaborations and exhibitions are organised throughout the year to showcase the artwork made, such as an ongoing collaboration with the Tate Modern to celebrate World Mental Health Day and earlier in 2015 an exhibition at the Long Gallery, showcasing 10 years of artwork from the art group.
