About the team

We are a team of experienced and highly skilled staff, passionate about improving patients’ health and recovery.

Many of our staff have previous experience of working in community settings and view social inclusion as the essence of any recovery based work. We are skilled in working with individuals who many consider difficult to engage. We have enjoyed a productive ward approach for many years, regularly using the Quality, Effectiveness and Safety Trigger Tool to ensure safety and efficiency on the unit which promotes a healthy working environment.
