About us

Public sector equality duty

We are committed to tackling inequality, eliminating discrimination and harassment, promoting equality of opportunity for all and fostering good relations. We publish information every year to show how we are putting this commitment into practice.

The reports on this page explain how we are progressing on equality. They also provide information on who we employ, who uses our services and what some of their outcomes and experiences are.

It is important that anyone who wants to can see how we are performing on equality. Getting feedback on this from our staff, service users, carers and community organisations is important to help us identify what works well and what we need to do better.

You can send your comments, feedback or questions on equality to the Trust’s Equality Manager at macius.kurowski@slam.nhs.uk.

Equality information for previous years

The Trust has published annual equality information since 2012. You can contact the Trust’s Equality Manager at macius.kurowski@slam.nhs.uk to request equality reports from previous years.
