Public sector equality duty performance

We are committed to tackling inequality, eliminating discrimination and harassment, promoting equality of opportunity for all and fostering good relations. We publish information every year to show how we are putting this commitment into practice.

The reports on this page explain how we are progressing on equality. They also provide information on who we employ; who uses our services and what some of their outcomes and experiences are.

Equality information for 2018

The two reports below provide trust-wide annual equality information for 2018:

2018 Trustwide equality information

2018 Workforce equality information

The four reports below provide information on the ethnicity of service users accessing key  services and service user feedback in each of the boroughs:

2018 Croydon Ethnicity information

2018 Lambeth Ethnicity Information

2018 Lewisham Ethnicity Information

2018 Southwark Ethnicity Information

It is important that anyone who wants to can see how we are performing on equality. Getting feedback on this from our staff, service users, carers and community organisations is important to help us identify what works well and what we need to do better.

You can send us your comments, feedback or questions on equality at SLaM to the Trust’s Equality Manager at macius.kurowski@slam.nhs.uk
