Quality Centre

Our Quality Centre, including seven CAGs, is be led by academic and clinical directors and focus on quality improvement, education and training, evidence and research to enable the development of new clinical pathways.

Quality Centre

The Quality Centre is an important component of our organisational structure. Its purpose is to develop and commission quality standards for the operations directorates to implement as detailed, quality processes that give clear outcomes.

The Quality Centre will then continuously monitor the delivery of the pathways and improve these through a plan, do, study, act (PDSA) cycle.

The Quality Centre also includes education and development, and research and development. This make sure that clinical development supports the improved processes and that research and development is encouraged within operations directorates.
