Maudsley Learning unifies our education and training offer. Its mission is to enhance the mental health and wellbeing of all through education and training. This includes the development of pioneering training in simulation and practical guides to mental health law in products like the Maze book.
We have training and education programmes for people entering mental health care in a wide variety of roles and professions. Our apprenticeship scheme offers an on-the-job learning experience allowing apprentices to earn while they learn to achieve a qualification and, more often than not, a permanent job at the Trust.
The Estia Centre is our training, research and development resource for those who support adults with learning or intellectual disabilities and additional mental health needs. It aims to support the development of a competent local intellectual disabilities workforce.
Reay House Library, based at Lambeth Hospital, is the library and knowledge service for staff and students at the Trust. It offers a wide range of services and resources for increasing knowledge and development in mental health treatment, research and skills.
