Help and support

If you need urgent help, please visit our Crisis support page

We provide treatment and care to all kinds of people. We know our organisation can sometimes be overwhelming, and we don't always get it right.

Contact our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) if you need any advice about our services. They can usually resolve any problems, and help you decide if you want to make a formal complaint.

If you are making a complaint, or being treated under the Mental Health Act, you can get free and independent support from advocacy services.

For general information, check our patient leaflets or jargon buster.
