Collecting Qualitative Measures
When developing the ‘Aiming High; Changing Lives’ strategy in 2021, you told us that we need to design a new process to develop and collect people’s experiences of our services (qualitative data) in addition to the numbers (quantitative data) we currently collect.
Following the launch of our strategy, a Qualitative Measures Working Group was formed. This is made up of service users, carers and Trust staff. They have been co-producing the process for measuring people’s experiences to help us better understand if we are achieving our goals set out in the strategy.
Check out the video below to find out more about this journey.
There will be a number of ways you can get involved with this work, including:
- Becoming a volunteer experience collector
- Sharing your experiences of using Trust services
- Joining our upcoming workshops and events
We are currently finalising the logistics and practicalities and will update this page with further details over the next few months.
