  1. OASIS Croydon and Lewisham

    OASIS is a health service for young people aged 14-35, who are experiencing psychological distress. These experiences might include:

    • Struggling to cope at school, college or work
    • Preferring to spend time alone, away from family and friends
    • Feeling anxious, irritable or depressed
    • Changes in sleeping and eating patterns
    • Confused or muddled thinking
    • Feeling that things and people seem strange or unreal
    • Constantly thinking about particular ideas or beliefs
    • Unusual experiences like seeing or hearing things that other people cant.

    We provide care for people living in the London boroughs of Lewisham and Croydon. Our team includes Psychologists, Doctors and Key workers. We offer individual and family therapy, medical consultation, and practical support with issues such as housing and finances.

    Our aim is to reduce the risk of difficult experiences becoming worse, and to improve peoples wellbeing. We hope to help people get their lives back on track and move forward in whatever ways they consider most important and meaningful.

  3. Older Adult Continuing Specialist Care Unit

    The Greenvale Specialist Care Unit is a facility in Streatham and is commissioned to provide treatment for older people with predominantly complex organic mental health problems.

    The service provides 24-hour care for older adults (65 and older) presenting with a complex mental health conditions in a community-based setting.

    This service is specifically for service users who could not be safely treated in the community due to the high risk of harm that they pose to themselves or others because of their continued behaviours but who do not require continued admission in an acute psychiatric ward.

  4. Older Adults Liaison Service (Croydon University Hospital)

    We provide inpatient psychiatric assessment for people aged 65 and over or under the age of 65 with dementia, who are admitted to Croydon University Hospital.

    Our team of mental health care professionals assess people and offer treatment advice. We ensure people get the expertise they need to address their mental health problems.

  5. Older Adults Liaison Service (Guy's and St Thomas' Hospitals)

    We are based in the Adamson Centre at St Thomas Hospital. We provide inpatient psychiatric assessment reviews and care co-ordination for people aged 65 and over who have been admitted to Guys and St Thomas Hospitals.

    Our team of mental health care professionals, assess people and offer advice on treatment. We ensure people get the expertise they need to address their mental health problems.

  6. Older Adults Liaison Service (King's College Hospital)

    We provide inpatient psychiatric assessment reviews and care co-ordination for people aged 65 and over who have been admitted to King's College Hospital.

    We work closely with other hospital teams and offer mental health assessments and advice.

    Our team of mental health care professionals assess people and offer advice on treatment. We ensure people get the expertise they need to address their mental health problems.

  7. OPTIMA Mood Disorders Service

    We are an outpatient programme for adults with bipolar disorder who have recently had several hospital admissions for an affective episode. The service is modelled on a Danish Mood Disorders clinic and aims to reduce the risk of recurrence and readmission to hospital.

    The programme has two main phases. The core programme, designed to consolidate recovery, provides individually tailored psychoeducation, regular psychiatric review, occupational therapy, physical health assessment and a newly developed cognitive pathway and group psychoeducation provides a 10-session programme of learning, peer support and self-management strategies for bipolar disorder.

    Where appropriate, carers are provided with support and new for Autumn 2021 is a family and friends psychoeducation group.

  8. Outpatient Department St Thomas' Hospital

    The Scutari Clinic is an outpatient service in the Adamson Centre at St Thomas' Hospital. We provide assessment, treatment and care for people, over the age of 18, who have mental health problems, including learning disabilities.

    We provide care for people who live in the London Borough of Lambeth (North).

    Our team of health and social care professionals provide a range of clinics and therapies to support people's mental health and physical needs.
