Dr Mariana Reis is a Forensic Psychologist with experience in mental health settings, community settings and prisons. She has worked with both young people and adults, managing and treating challenging behaviour and complex presentations. Dr Reis has training in several assessment and treatment models and has a particular interest in complex trauma, having been trained in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).
Dr Reis has extensive experience of offering consultation to complex systems and to other professional groups. She also has an interest in Safeguarding and is the current Safeguarding Lead for N&S Outpatients CAMHS. Dr Reis is a Honorary Lecturer at Goldsmiths University.
