About us
At the Estia Centre, we support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care and support that helps build a healthier future for people with a learning disability and autistic adults.
What makes our training different is how it’s created: co-produced and delivered in partnership with clinical experts, subject specialists and people with lived experience. This ensures every course reflects our values of working together, inclusion, and promoting good practice.
Grounded in the latest research and evidence, our programmes are designed to inspire, empower, and drive continuous improvement across the health and social care workforce.

This training has had an important impact on my role. It really challenged me and I grew in confidence in dealing with work related matters. Since I finished it, I refer back to it very often and also talk about it with my colleagues at work. I have encouraged other colleagues to sign up as this training is a great fit for our our organisation.

Tier 2 Training Options
All our Tier 2 training options for Oliver's Training are delivered in partnership with the National Autistic Society. These include the, 1-day training, 2-day Facilitator Trainer training, 3-day Learning Disability Co-Trainer Training, 3-Day Autism Co-Trainer training and the 4-day Lead trainer Training.
