Emily is a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with additional training in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). After completing her training she worked in a primary care psychological therapy service (IAPT) where she undertook additional training to work with refugees experiencing PTSD. Emily then moved to the Centre of Anxiety Disorders and Trauma (CADAT) where she delivers CBT for a range of anxiety disorders including social anxiety, health anxiety, OCD, BDD, panic, specific phobias and has a particular interest in PTSD.
