Josefine is a HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist and BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist. Josefine completed her training as a Psychologist in Germany. She has worked in different mental health services and trained as a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist in the UK. Before joining the Centre for Anxiety Disorders and Trauma (CADAT), she has worked in a primary care psychological therapy service (IAPT) providing individual and group CBT for people with a range of anxiety disorders (including OCD, GAD, PTSD, social anxiety, health anxiety, BDD, panic disorder and specific phobias) and depression. Josefine also undertook additional training in providing supervision and in evidence based CBT interventions for long-term health conditions.
