About
Helen Evans has worked in housing for over 30 years starting out in the housing department at Southwark Council. She then worked her way around several London councils rising through the ranks to become Chief Executive at Brent Housing Partnership (BHP), an ALMO for Brent Council, in 2002.
She joined Network Housing Group (now Network Homes) in 2010 as a Director of Operations before becoming Chief Executive in 2011.
Helen oversaw Network’s amalgamation from a group of housing associations into one organisation in 2016 and was Chair of the G15 Group of London’s largest housing associations between 2019 and 2021.
