Brand new ‘Getting help in a crisis’ leaflets available for each borough

This week, we are launching a new set of leaflets and resources to support individuals (and those supporting them) in a mental health crisis. To reflect the differences in each borough, we have updated the local and community support available.
We have worked collaboratively with service users, borough leads and community teams to create these leaflets and posters which can help to signpost a person in crisis to the most appropriate service.
A mental health crisis might mean different things to different people. For most it might mean that they are feeling very stressed or worried but the person may have experiences such as:
- Wanting to hurt themselves, or someone else
- Hearing or seeing distressing things
- Feeling like people are watching them or want to hurt them
