Anti-Racism and Equality Diversity and Inclusion

South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust wants to be a pioneer in furthering the equity of experience of our staff and the experience, access, and outcomes of those who use our services. In our ambitious Trust Strategy, Aiming High; Changing Lives, we set our ambition to be known for our action on anti-racism.

This is embedded in all the training we deliver, and the new Trust Learning and Development board will have a standing item to review and discuss all training through an anti-racism lens.

We are committed to tackling inequality, eliminating discrimination and harassment, promoting equality of opportunity for all and fostering good relations.

(SUITE) Service User & Carer Involvement in Training & Education

SUITE is a unique group of highly skilled service users and carers who get involved in all aspects of training in South London and Maudsley. We are an integral part of the Trust’s Learning & Development department, which provides all the mandatory training for the Trust and much more.
