CQC Community Mental Health Survey 2026 - Have your say
The NHS Community Mental Health Survey is coming soon.
The CQC will soon be carrying out a survey to understand what you think about the care your receive from us.
You will be asked to fill in a survey about your mental health care, which you can complete online or on paper.
Look out for your survey invitation in the post.
If invited to take part, your name, phone number, and postal address will be used by researchers to carry out the survey, however your contact information will not be shared with anyone else, and all data is anonymised.
Taking part in this survey is voluntary and all answers are confidential. Service users have been selected at random as this is an invitation only survey and if you are selected to take part, your contact details will be used by researchers to carry out the survey.
By completing the survey, you’re helping us understand what we’re doing well, and where we need to improve.
Feedback from patients is vital and tells us their views and priorities for bringing about improvements in the quality of care. The results help us see where we perform well and to identify any areas where there is room for improvement.
The survey is confidential, carried out by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and a dedicated Survey Coordination Centre on behalf of NHS England.
Your individual responses are not shared with our staff, so participation will not affect your care or treatment. Choosing not to take part, will not impact the care you receive from the NHS in any way.
If you have any questions or concerns please either talk to your care coordinator or:
