At our recent Board meetings, we have been focused on three priorities that go to the heart of what it means to be a responsive, accountable Trust: improving consistency in care, engaging more closely with our communities, and strengthening transparency in how we govern. The New Year can be an exciting time for many with new plans and goals set out for the year ahead. However, for some, this time can provoke anxiety from the pressure to “start fresh” triggering feelings of uncertainty, pressure, self-reflection, comparison and negative self-talk.
