A brand-new cohort of 38 trainee academics have started their attachments as part of our Maudsley Psychiatry Trainee Research Attachment Programme, an offering in collaboration with the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience (IoPPN). 

This week, I was excited to lead the Trust’s board for our development meeting; these meetings allow the leadership team to focus on upcoming strategic priorities and how they inform our day to day work at South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust.  

For ADHD Awareness Month, one of our previous service users Annabel shared some vulnerable details from her past, the difficulties she encountered due to her late diagnosis, and how she is now using her own experiences to support those struggling with the overlap between ADHD and addiction.
