Don’t miss out – last chance to have your say on our Strategy Refresh
Why get involved in the Strategy refresh?
The Quality Centre empowers staff, service users and carers closest to the work to make the improvements that matter to them and the wider community. By involving people in this way we know that the improvements are more meaningful.
It is the same with the Strategy, the more staff, service users and carers are able to engage in the development of the Strategy, the more meaningful it will be. It has been encouraging to see how many people have been involved in the refresh, and to have been part of the discussions.
As part of the refresh so far, the Strategy team have reached over 1800 service users, carers, staff, Governors, partners and members of the public. It’s important to hear from as many as possible and so if you haven’t had the chance to have your say yet, there is still time – engagement closes on 31st March.
Complete the online survey today – it's open to everyone and should only take around 10 minutes.
Our strategy will shape the Trust’s direction for the next five years and will build on the work we are doing now on the 2026 Roadmap to strengthen quality, improve outcomes, and innovate for the future. The Trust wants to hear your ideas and perspective to inform the development of the strategy.
The Strategy project team have already begun to analyse the feedback received so far, and this work will continue once the engagement is closed. The new strategy will be developed, informed by your engagement and will launch in the autumn.
How to get involved:
Complete the short online survey – it is open to everyone until 31 March 2026 – it's available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Tamil and Farsi (select from the drop-down menu at the top of the page)
