Work Well becomes South London and Maudsley Employability Services
Our employment support services are introducing a new identity to make it easier for service users, carers, colleagues, and partner organisations to understand who we are and how we can help.
South London and Maudsley Employability Services, formerly known as Work Well, is the new collective name for the Trust’s 10 employment support teams.
The services provide tailored support and career coaching to service users in Croydon, Lambeth, Lewisham, and Southwark, who would like help to find or stay in work as part of their mental health recovery.
Although a new name and identity are being introduced, there will be no changes to the support provided. If you’re currently receiving help from an employment specialist or adviser, this will continue as usual.

Who can get help
Most people who are receiving support from a South London and Maudsley mental health service can use an employability service.
Our services are completely voluntary - we support people who want to work, but there’s no pressure. If you’re not ready yet, that’s okay too.
