- To understand how Practice Leadership improves the quality of care and support to enhance quality of life.
- To develop the knowledge and skills to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of ethical, person-centred services.

- For senior support staff, team leaders and managers to mentor and supervise with others.
Learning Outcomes
- Explain the principles of Practice Leadership.
- Apply national leadership and capability frameworks to their own practice.
- Promote an ethical and psychologically safe team cultures.
- Recognise and respond to signs of care erosion.
- Use coaching, supervision and reflective practice to improve care quality.
- Develop a Practice Leadership action plan for their service.
