In collaboration with Everyturn, we are launching the next phase of the South London NHS Mental Health Text Service. You can now access 24/7 support by texting 80991 where you will be able to speak to one of our friendly advisors.

We offer a wide range of support including general advice and non-judgemental conversations , signposting you to relevant charities, referrals to services or support teams and much more. In some cases, we may advise you speak to your GP to get further support or if we feel you are in any danger, we will ensure you are supported in the right way.
