A new study has shown that an Estia Centre development programme significantly improves resilience among leaders, with benefits also being transferred to their team members. Each year, the week provides an opportunity to open conversations about maternal and perinatal mental health, break down stigma, and remind people that the right support, at the right time, can make a real difference for mums, babies and families.
