We are Work Well
We are a network of nine South London and Maudsley employment support teams that work with Trust service users to help them achieve their career goals.
Research shows that good quality, secure jobs are beneficial to our mental health, while poor work environments and long periods of unemployment can be harmful.
Our employment coaches are passionate about supporting people who want to find or stay in work as part of their mental health recovery.
Our teams are based across the boroughs of Croydon, Lambeth, Lewisham and Southwark. We support clients in both primary and secondary care, as well as in NHS Talking Therapies services.
