Recovery College releases the Spring 2025 term timetable
The South London and Maudsley Recovery College team has released their timetable for Spring 2025, offering its usual wide range of courses and workshops both brand new and returning.
The team offers free, coproduced recovery and wellbeing education at a variety of community venues across Lambeth, Southwark, Lewisham and Croydon. Those with a connection to the Trust can attend any courses at any venue.
This term’s timetable includes:
· Digital health Journeys: co-creating care together
· Exploring Type 2 Diabetes and Mental Health
· Let’s Talk About How to Treat Tobacco Dependence
· Introduction to the Basics of Illusionary Mime
· Boost Your Writing Confidence with The Royal Literary Fund
· Reading Round with The Royal Literary Fund
· Understanding ADHD in Children and Young People: supporting, coping, and thriving
In addition to these courses, funding from the National Lottery Community Fund has enabled two courses, in conjunction with The Comedy School, to be offered to those with a connection to the Trust. These courses are:
· Improvisation Level 1
· Introduction to the Basics of Illusionary Mime
