Dr Kieron Beard
Senior Clinical Psychologist
Kieron has a special interest in human rights, social justice and relational approaches to psychological care and support. Since qualifying as a clinical psychologist he has specialised in the mental health of adults with learning disabilities. Prior to this, he worked as a senior support worker and home manager within a intensive support service. In addition to providing direct therapeutic support to adults with learning disabilities he is passionate about working in partnership with people with learning disabilities and their supporters to affect positive change. He is a strong believer in the role of ongoing education, training and support in improving the lives of people with learning disabilities.
