Congratulations to the winners of the Staff Awards 2021

Our Staff Awards recognise the efforts and achievements of our dedicated staff who go the extra mile to improve the lives of the people and communities we serve.

On 7 December 2021, more than 200 colleagues gathered virtually to celebrate the fantastic work of colleagues across the Trust, following another challenging year in the NHS.

There were winners in 12 categories, selected from over 450 nominations by judging panels made up of staff and service users.

David Bradley, Chief Executive, and Sir Norman Lamb, Chair, alongside other Trust executives presented the awards.

The Staff Awards are an excellent opportunity for us to celebrate the fantastic and inspirational work which takes place each and every day at the Trust.

I am very proud to work for a Trust where people demonstrate such genuine care and commitment to looking after people who use our services and each other. Well done to all our finalists and well-deserved winners.

David Bradley, Chief Executive

Huge congratulations to all the winners and all the individuals and teams who were nominated and shortlisted. I am constantly impressed by the hard work and dedication of our staff who really do put patient care at the heart of everything they do.
