How our service can help you
Home Treatment (Croydon) care for people aged 65 and over with severe mental illness who would benefit from assessment and treatment at home as an alternative to hospital.
Our aim is to provide short-term treatment for people who are having a mental health crisis. Wherever possible, we avoid the need for hospital admission.
Our service brings together different health care professionals, including nursing, occupational therapy and psychiatry. We work closely with patients, carers and professionals involved in their care.
