Talking Therapies (Lambeth)

How our service can help you

Lambeth Talking Therapies Service is a primary care mental health service available to anyone 18 years and older who is either a Lambeth resident or registered with a Lambeth GP.

We offer talking therapies for people experiencing depression, general anxiety and worry, health anxiety, panic attacks, social anxiety, traumatic memories and obsessive-compulsive disorder. We also offer help with other problems including living with a long-term health condition.

To get an appointment you can complete a self-referral to Lambeth Talking Therapies on our website, call 0203 228 6747 or ask your GP to complete a referral on your behalf.

Following an initial telephone consultation, we can provide a range of therapies including one to one Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), counselling, and group therapy, as well as employment support. We can offer this in person at one of our sites, through video and telephone appointments, or online self-help support programmes.
