Gabriella Baggio

Gabriella is an autistic, white, British woman of mixed European heritage. She is an approved co-trainer for the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training in Learning Disability and Autism and a Peer Trainer for Sussex Recovery College, with a background in education. She was also involved in the Culture of Care Programme, working collaboratively to improve the culture of care in mental health and learning disability wards in the NHS. Gabriella was recently involved in a co-production and filming of a short film project in collaboration with London Ambulance Service. The short film aims to make sensory experiences more visible, relatable and actionable, supporting clinicians to make reasonable adjustments that improve safety, communication and patient experience.
