The Assumption Trap: How Bias Shapes Practice and Limits Potential
When: Tuesday 9th December 2025 (12pm to 12.45pm)
Aim: To understand how unconscious bias impacts professional practice and to use the Social Graces framework to promote self-reflection and equitable care.
In this 45-minute webinar we will:
- Define unconscious bias and articulate how it negatively impacts our professional relationships
- Apply the Burnham's Social Graces framework to identify personal areas of privilege and potential blind spots in our professional practice.
- Know how to promote continuous self-reflection and interrupt automatic bias in our daily work.

Our stand alone 30 or 45-minute lunch and learn webinars are designed to focus on topics relating to the health and wellbeing of people with a learning disability, autistic adults, you or your team.
